LIC Judo blends traditional Kodokan principles with modern teaching methods. Our instructors have studied and competed at the highest levels of judo in the United States, Japan, and Europe. We focus on techniques and training methods that have proven effective in live practice. We help every student build a judo that is technical and uniquely their own.
We designed our programs to meet students where they are, helping beginners build strong fundamentals while giving experienced judoka the tools to keep improving.
Help your child grow through movement, discipline, respect, and confidence
