Kids Judo

Our Kids Judo program teaches children the fundamentals of judo in safe, and enjoyable environment. Students learn how to fall, throw, pin, and move with confidence while developing coordination, discipline, and respect for others. 

Who it's forThis program is for children of all skill levels, no experience is expected or required. Our goal is to help students improve at their own pace while building confidence and a lifelong enjoyment of the sport. 

Class detailsClasses focus on the fundamentals of judo. That includes throws, pins, partner drills, games, and supervised sparring as students progress. We keep class sizes manageable so every child receives individual attention and has plenty of opportunities to practice. Safety, respect, and good training habits are part of every lesson.

Adults Fundamentals

Our Fundamentals program is designed to teach the fundamentals of judo to adults. Classes cover the essentials: throws, groundwork and principles that every judoka should know, with an emphasis on proper mechanics, safety, and steady progress. 

Who it's forThis program is for adults with little or no judo experience, as well as returning practitioners who want to refresh the basics. Whether your goal is fitness, self-improvement, or eventually moving into more advanced classes, this is the best place to start.

Class detailsClasses focus on throwing techniques, groundwork, movement, gripping, and basic combinations. Students spend time drilling techniques with partners before applying them in controlled training.

Adults Main Program

The Main Program is for students who have a solid understanding of the fundamentals and are ready to take their judo further. Classes build on the basics with more advanced techniques, combinations, tactical concepts, and live training. 

Who it's forThis program is intended for intermediate and advanced students, as well as beginners who have been invited to move up from the Fundamentals class. Whether you train for competition, personal development, to get your black belt, or simply enjoy challenging yourself, you'll find training partners and instruction that will help you continue to improve.

Class detailsClasses include technical instruction, drilling, combinations, transitions between standing and groundwork, situational training, and randori. Students are encouraged to think critically about their judo, refine their technique, and develop a game that suits their own strengths.
